If you could write your own job title that best describes what you do here, what would it be and why?
Get Stuff Done Specialist! I love my job, my co-workers, and what the company stands for, so working everyday is highly enjoyable. I come in, head down, ready to take on whatever the day has to bring!
What is something that lenders and/or the lending industry have to deal with that you want to fix?
Having a smoother, more efficient way to process home loans. When you use one platform to obtain everything needed to complete your file, it makes the lenders' jobs easier and provides a better, faster experience for members!
What credentials or past experience prepared you for working in your current position?
I worked in the mortgage industry with a large banking institution for six years as a processor and underwriter. In those years, I learned a lot about the mortgage industry, which has helped me tremendously in assisting our partners with their success in home lending.
What do you enjoy about the work you do?
I enjoy being able to help our clients meet their needs and goals, which ultimately helps their members succeed financially. It’s a fast-paced job, and I love digging in and helping create a resolution for not only our company, but for our clients.
What hobbies, volunteering or passion projects do you do outside of work?
My fiance and I love to attend concerts, near and far! We have a total of seven kids, so our lives are really busy!We are also part of a Celebration Crew. It began during the pandemic, and we still organize birthday rides or other types of celebrations to show love and support for those that need uplifting. Plus, the sound of motorcycle engines revving usually gets the kiddos and adults of all ages excited!
